The inclusion of any trademarks, logos, or names of third-party companies (other than JobSnap) is for informational purposes only. Such references do not imply any endorsement, affiliation, or sponsorship by those third parties, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Except as explicitly authorized in writing, you may not copy, modify, distribute, display, transmit, or create derivative works of any part of our platform. Unauthorized use of any intellectual property owned by JobSnap or third-party licensors is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, JobSnap, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or any other legal theory, and whether or not JobSnap has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

JobSnap’s total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms or your use of the services shall not exceed the amount you paid, if any, for accessing or using our services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless JobSnap, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from or related to: (a) your use of the services; (b) any breach of these Terms; or (c) your violation of any applicable laws, rules, or regulations.
